Sunset Beach is a relaxing beach located on the western side of Koh Lipe. The smallest of the island’s three major beaches, Sunset Beach has a relaxed, laid back feel that makes it a great choice for travellers seeking peace and quiet.

Approximately half a kilometre long, Sunset Beach is smaller than Pattaya Beach and Sunrise Beach. The beach has fewer resorts and hotels than the island’s other beaches, but has a good selection of inexpensive bungalows aimed at backpackers.
As its name suggests, Sunset Beach is a great place to catch a beautiful sunset while visiting Koh Lipe. From Sunset Beach, it’s a 10 minute walk to the island’s Walking Street and another five to 10 minutes to Sunrise or Pattaya Beach.
Karma Beach, which connects Sunset Beach with Sunrise Beach, is located at the northern end of Sunset Beach and is accessible on foot.
