Klong Jark Beach is one of the most southern beaches on Koh Lanta. If you’re looking for an idyllic beach holiday and an escape from the hustle of everyday life Khlong Jark is worth considering.
How To Get To Klong Jark Beach
The quickest way to get to Klong Jark Beach is by Express Transfer, which combines a minivan and speedboat to get you door to door from Krabi Airport to your Koh Lanta hotel. You can also get a Private Minivan Transfer which is perfect for families and groups of friends.
What Klong Jark offers is a great beach location, shallow waters, fine sands and stunning views. Close by is elephant trekking and a waterfall. Walking to the waterfall you will be amazed at the fauna and natural beauty (although please note in the high season with less rain about, the waterfall may be only a trickle).
It is a wonderful escape from the everyday world and really is a great place to stay for those wanting to some true peace away from the crowds.
Due to its location Klong Jark does not have many resorts, which is great to avoid there being too many tourists, but also making choice somewhat limited.
However built along the pristine beach front in natural surroundings is the Anda Lanta Resort offering a choice of 50 rooms ranging from Beach Front Villas, Garden Cottages and Deluxe Rooms located in a two floor building set within private gardens. The beachside restaurant serves creative delicious food so you don’t need to go far.

Due to its location Klong Jark has escaped the demands of tourism: walk to the roadside and you won’t find any shops, ATMs, or 7-Elevens close by. You will have to travel to Kantiang Bay, a short 10 minute drive away, for these conveniences.
