Klong Nin Pool Villa In Detail
The Villa built as a show home and just released for rental in 2012, is located in the southern part of Khlong Nin. It sits back elevated slightly from the main road around 40 meters. Adding to the tranquility the villa is surrounded by lush vegetation which also helps to keep it more private.
When arriving you enter the villa from behind where you will also find ample private parking. Climbing a few steps will then take you on to the first level where you can walk between two buildings.
The building on the right houses the open planned living area with the funky sofa and ceiling fans. The living area is found at the front and enjoys stunning views and direct access to the pool with sliding floor to ceiling windows. At the back of the open plan area is where you will find the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is also an additional bathroom and storage cupboards. The open plan room is decorated through out with Buddha statues, fine art and matching soft interior lighting.

The open planned dining area is at the back and also enjoys floor to ceiling windows allowing easy access. The fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, electric two plate hob and table wear for 6 guests.
Separated on the other side is the master bedroom which is fully air con. This room is nicely furnished enjoying a four poster bed, wardrobe and drawers and pool access with floor to ceiling windows. Sitting at the back is the ensuite bathroom which includes a bathtub, rain shower, toilet and wash basin. On top of this bedroom is a roof terrace which offers seaview and a perfect place to watch the sunsets.
Directly at the front of the Villa is the nice swimming pool which is deep enough and long enough for a swim. There is also a Sala which is a perfect place to enjoy the shade and keep cool.

Positioned next to the Sala hidden on the outside of the building you will find some more steps which take you to the two bedrooms downstairs.
The two bedrooms with views on to the garden areas also enjoy air conditioning. They are designed in the same way as the master bedroom which includes a four poster bed in each. Both bedrooms enjoy ensuite bathrooms with showers, toilets and wash basin.

Where Is Klong Nin Beach on Koh Lanta?
As Klong Nin Beach is a little bit further away from Saladan than Klong Dao Beach or Long Beach, it is a little less developed but still has a great collection of beach restaurants, bars and accommodation.
As well as the restaurants and resorts on Klong Nin Beach itself, there are also many places to eat and stay behind Klong Nin Beach on the main road, giving you even more options within walking distance. It’s also a short taxi or motorbike ride over to Lanta Old Town, just over the other side of Koh Lanta, which has some beautiful old Thai wooden houses and several seaside restaurants and bars to enjoy.

Is There Noise From The Road?
When you drive along the road in Khlong Nin you can see the roof tops of the villa. The rest is cleverly hidden with shrubs and trees. Even with the close proximity to the road you will not be affected by noise as it sits far enough back. A very private place to relax with the family or a group of friends. This Villa is a great choice as everything can be found within walking distance the beach is 200 meters away and also restaurants and beach bars. The Beach is part of the quieter end of Khlong Nin and on some days will feel like its a private beach rather than a public one. How to get to The Khlong Nin Pool Villa
If you are arriving at Krabi airport or Phuket Airport booking an Express transfer will allow you to transfer quickly, safely and direct. Our driver will be waiting for you upon arrival at the arrivals gate with your name on a plaque then its a combination of minivan and speedboat travel direct to the villa. If you arrive very late at night the speedboat may not be operating, how ever you can normally still arrive on Koh Lanta the same day by using the Private Minivan service.
If you are already in Thailand you can also be picked up from your Hotel, with a time that suits you best and safely transferred directly to the Villa by using the Express transfers from popular areas like Ao Nang, Krabi Town, or Phuket these areas are also serviced by using the Private minivan.

The Three Bedroom Pool Villa is managed by Kamil who will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and show you around the villa. Kamil has an on site office and has lived on Koh Lanta for many years and will be happy to offer his expert first hand knowledge of the Island and also be happy to help and advise you with any problems you encounter whilst you stay. Then on the day of departure Kamil will come to inspect the villa for any damage and refund your deposit and also to say goodbye. Don’t forget to book an Express Transfer for you return to Krabi Airport or to any other close Thailand destinations.

The Pool Villa is located in the quieter southern part of Khlong Nin. The front faces directly towards the beach and a 400 meter walk you will find your self on the stunning Khlong Nin Beach. Wwalk along the beach you can enjoy many small friendly beach bars and restaurants. The main road is only 40 meters away and walk right along the road will allow you access to Khlong Nin’s shopping area, clustered in the Northern part where you will find many Atm’s, convenience stores and some quaint Jewelry shops. Walking around Khlong Nin from this Villa is very easy as it is all flat paved roads, there are no hills to encounter which makes it ideal for families with strollers and older people.

When you come out villa on to the road turn right and one of the best Khlong Nin Restaurants name Cook Kai is positioned on the right 200 meters walk. They offer delicious Thai and seafood, if you like spicy try the Jungle Curry. Then there is La Monaco Italian Resturant which sits opposite near the beach. Walk a little further and enjoy Pizzas at Nicks Garden and steaks at Ottos Bar and Grill. The Roi Thai Restaurant which also offers restaurants in Chang Mai and Bangkok offers some treats cooked with no Msg, they also offer a Thai Cooking School which is open all year. Just in the North the Oasis Sunset Restaurant, newly built mixing new and old Thai styles with a comfortable large decking area looking out to the sea offering Thai and Seafood.
For drinks the best is to walk along the beach again turning right you will find the best choice with the Miami Bar being the closest. Further along the beach enjoy Blue Moon Bar where you may find you become a regular, then there is the 02 Beach Bar located in the Clean Beach Resort and Rasta Baby a chilled out reggae house.

How To Travel Around Koh Lanta From Klong Nin Pool Villa
You will find many enjoyable things close to the Villa with in easy walking distance. Koh Lanta itself is around 35 km long so for a stay renting a car, motorbike or Tuk Tuk would be advised. You can hire them on daily or weekly basis and Ben the villa manager will be happy to help and organise these rentals for you when you arrive on Koh Lanta.
If you are not comfortable with a bike or car then you can easily travel back and forth on the island by using the local Tuk Tuk drivers. These can be a lot of fun and the locals with there friendly manner will entertain you as they go. How ever even after negotiating a good price this option does start to become expensive as each ride is charged per person. To find a taxi driver just wait next to the road and they will stop instantly. When you are in Saladan the main Koh Lanta Shopping area, if you walk out of the centre there are many queing up to take you home. How ever later at night this service can become sparse and getting home from a party can become a challenge.
