Klong Nin Beach Villas In Detail
There are four beach front villas for hire. They are set next to each other but to keep them completely private they are each separated by a high wall. All four Villas are identical in size, the only difference being the color scheme and art work. They include three air conditioned bedroom with en suite facilities. A large open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Outside you can relax on the large decking or sit under the sala, take a dip in the pool or enjoy the 120 sqm garden with sunchairs and cushions which then leads directly on to the beach. It also offer private parking, 24 hour security and full time reception staff.
If you venture past the villa grounds you will be walking along the powdery sands of Klong Nin Beach where you can experience Khlong Nin’s relaxed pace. Here you will find many beach bars and restaurants and along the road be impressed with Klong Nin’s charming village with handmade jewelry shops, ATMs, convenience stores and a clinic.

The villa rooms are separated by decking walkways where you can enjoy three air conditioned bedrooms with double beds. These are tastefully decorated in Thai tradition and art and include a wardrobe and drawers for storage.

Where Is Klong Nin Beach on Koh Lanta?
As Klong Nin Beach is a little bit further away from Saladan than Klong Dao Beach or Long Beach, it is a little less developed but still has a great collection of beach restaurants, bars and accommodation.
As well as the restaurants and resorts on Klong Nin Beach itself, there are also many places to eat and stay behind Klong Nin Beach on the main road, giving you even more options within walking distance. It’s also a short taxi or motorbike ride over to Lanta Old Town, just over the other side of Koh Lanta, which has some beautiful old Thai wooden houses and several seaside restaurants and bars to enjoy.
How to get to The Khlong Nin Beach Front Villas
If you are arriving at Krabi airport or Phuket Airport booking an Express transfer will allow you to transfer quickly, safely and direct. Our driver will be waiting for you upon arrival at the arrivals gate with your name on a plaque then its a combination of minivan and speedboat travel direct to the villa. If you arrive very late at night the speedboat may not be operating, how ever you can normally still arrive on Koh Lanta the same day by using the Private Minivan service.

The Khlong Nin Beach Front Villas are managed by Kamil who will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and show you around the villa. Kamil has an on site office and has lived on Koh Lanta for many years and will be happy to offer his expert first hand knowledge of the Island and also be happy to help and advise you with any problems you encounter whilst you stay. Then on the day of departure Kamil will come to inspect the villa for any damage and refund your deposit and also to say goodbye. Don’t forget to book an Express Transfer for you return to Krabi Airport or to any other close Thailand destinations.

The Khlong Nin Beach Front Villas are located in the quieter southern part of Khlong Nin. The front faces directly along the Khlong Nin Beach and a short walk along the beach you can enjoy many small friendly beach bars and restaurants. The back of the villas with private parking is next to the road, walk left along the road will allow you access to Khlong Nin’s shopping area, clustered in the Northern part where you will find many Atm’s, convenience stores and some quaint Jewelry shops. Walking around Khlong Nin from this Villa is very easy as it is all flat paved roads, there are no hills to encounter which makes it ideal for families with strollers.

When you come out on to the road turn left and one of the best Khlong Nin Restaurants name Cook Kai is positioned on the right 200 meters walk. They offer delicious Thai and seafood, if you like spicy try the Jungle Curry. Then there is La Monaco Italian Resturant which sits opposite near the beach. Walk a little further and enjoy Pizzas at Nicks Garden and steaks at Ottos Bar and Grill. The Roi Thai Restaurant which also offers restaurants in Chang Mai and Bangkok offers some treats cooked with no Msg, they also offer a Thai Cooking School which is open all year. NJust in the North the Oasis Sunset Restaurant, newly built mixing new and old Thai styles with a comfortable large decking area looking out to the sea offering Thai and Seafood.
For drinks the best is to walk along the beach again turning right. The first place is Mongs Bar – Mong is one of the nicest people on Lanta who really will take care of you, try his buckets last last time I think he forgot to put the mixers in. Next to Mongs is the Miami Resort which also has a nice bar. Further along the beach enjoy Blue Moon Bar where you may find you become a regular, then there is the 02 Beach Bar located in the Clean Beach Resort and Rasta Baby, a chilled out reggae house.

How To Travel Around Koh Lanta From Klong Nin Beach Front Villas
You will find many enjoyable things close to the Villa with in easy walking distance, how ever the Island is around 35 km long so for a stay renting a car, motorbike or Tuk Tuk would be advised. You can hire them on daily or weekly basis and Ben the villa manager will be happy to help and organise these rentals for you when you arrive on Koh Lanta.
If you are not comfortable with a bike or car then you can easily travel back and forth on the Island by using the local Tuk Tuk drivers. These can be a lot of fun and the locals with there friendly manner will entertain you as they go. How ever even after negotiating a good price this option does start to become expensive as each ride is charged per person. To find a taxi driver just wait next to the road and they will stop instantly. When you are in Saladan the main Koh Lanta Shopping area, if you walk out of the centre there are many queing up to take you home. How ever later at night this service can become sparse and getting home from a party can become a challenge. Things To Do On Koh Lanta
Whether you are travelling with friends, a romantic couple or a family with small children Koh Lanta offers many activities for you to enjoy.
