Koh Lanta East Coast Villas – All Year Living
The Koh Lanta East Coast Villas are a great option for staying on Koh Lanta at any time of the year, whereas some of the beachfront villas on the west coast are only suitable during high season due to the winds changing directions.
Between high season between November and April the winds travel from the mainland creating a nice sea breeze. Also the sun dips over the mountain range when setting so the villas get a nicer cooler afternoon from the heat. During green season, or low season, between May to October, the winds change direction and the winds drive onto the beach areas. East Coast villas are perfect places to stay all year round as they are protected from the winds from the mountain range running along Koh Lanta.
