How To Get To Koh Lanta By Car
It’s a 45 minute drive from Krabi Airport to the first car ferry which crosses from Krabi mainland to Lanta Noi island. Driving across Lanta Noi island takes another 15 minutes and then there is a second car ferry which transfers you onto Koh Lanta itself.
You arrive in the port of Saladan and from there can drive direct to your chosen Koh Lanta resort. Traffic on Koh Lanta is quite light and there is essentially one main road which runs down the east coast of the island. The road is tarmac for most of its length until the remote far south.
