It’s simple to get from Singapore to Koh Lanta thanks to the direct flights from Singapore to Krabi Airport with Tiger Airways. (See 12Go for current prices, timings and to see if there are any cheaper options with other airlines available).
It takes around 2 hours to fly from Singapore to Krabi. Flights depart from the Budget Terminal at Singapore’s Changi Airport and, as you can guess, very reasonably priced. Be careful how much you pack, however, as Tiger have quite strict weight rules for baggage and will charge excess fees.
Once you arrive at Krabi Airport, you can get a speedboat transfer to Koh Lanta (the quickest way onto the island), or a private minivan transfer to Lanta – maximum 6 people for one set price. You can also get a private speedboat transfer to Koh Lanta if you don’t want to share with others.
