The long tail boat arrived at the Koh Ngai Resort pier on time, and the pilot helped us with our luggage and with getting onto the boat, and when we arrived on land, after 45 minutes, he helped us to disembark and to carry our luggage to the van. He was a pleasant pilot, doing the job calmly and efficiently. The mini-van was waiting, and both the pilot and the driver assisted with our luggage. The van was comfortable and very clean, and the driver was very polite. He delivered us to the front door of our hotel in Krabi earlier than we expected.
