Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just curious about all the fuss, there are plenty of Koh Lanta yoga practices, never far from magical beach and forest surroundings.

Thip Yoga
Thip lives and teaches Yoga on Koh Lanta for many years. She is a passionate about Yoga practice and she has personally experienced it’s benefits, now sharing her passion with others. The yoga style she often teaches is Ashtanga Vinyasa (2nd series) Yoga, mainly adapting the sessions at the level of practicers. Thip will guide you through the Asanas and the breathing techniques and helping keeping you safe with hands and posture adjustments.
Thip is teaching Yoga in several locations of Koh Lanta which allows you to easily join one or more of her Yoga classes. Costs range from 400 to 500 Baht, depending on the Resort where the classes take place.
Relax Bay Resort, Relax Bay sitting in between Long Beach and Klong Khong beach, daily classes start from 09:45 to 11:15
Sri Lanta Resort, Klong Nin, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays classes start at 08:00 to 09:30.
Rawi Warin Resort and Spa, located just outside of Klong Nin beach ,Tuesday and Saturday classes start at 16:30 to 18:00.
Twin Lotus Resort, Klong Dao Beach, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 08:00 to 09:30.
Thip also teaches private classes and retreats at her own Yoga Shala based in Saladan. Private classes and retreats are to be fixed directly with her.

Oasis Yoga
Located on Klong Dao, the closest beach to the main village of Saladan, Oasis provides the most extensive yoga offerings on Koh Lanta with multiple classes throughout the day (check the schedule on their website). You can also see previous guest reviews on TripAdvisor.
Classes range from Flow, Yin/ Gentle, Power/Vinyasa, Kids yoga and even a donation based guided meditation. Mats are provided and reservations recommended especially during high season. 400 Baht per session with discounts for multiple visit passes.

Yoga @ Moonlight Bay
Enjoy Yoga @ Moonlight Bay resort with Lucy. Moonlight Bay can be found in Klong Toab which is in between Klong Khong Beach and Klong Nin Beach. Classes with Lucy are Monday to Saturday 8:00 am scheduled classes and 4.30 pm optional with classes range Ashtanga / Hatha / Vinyasa / Yin / Pilates. Group scheduled class: 400 Baht with Mats, props & water all included. (Long term holiday makers and residents can enquire about a class card). Private 1 person: 1,200 Baht PP and Private 2+ person: 900 Baht PP.
Lucy also offers Cranio-Sacral therapy (BDCST) & Sports massage. BDCST costs 1,400 Baht for a 60-75 min session depending on your requirements. Sports pressure point massage is 1000 Baht for 60 mins.

Sanctuary
Located on Long Beach, Sanctuary currently offers yoga classes twice daily at 9:30am and 4:30pm. Classes are listed on their site. Prices start at 400 Baht with mats provided.
With all the yoga listings above, yoga mats are provided and it’s best to call or stop by to confirm your spot a day or two in advance, especially in high season. Bring a towel or sarong, some water and a desire to practice. Namaste!
