The Cliff Top Villas offer privacy and some of the most stunning views over the Andaman Sea which can be viewed either from your private terrace, private infinity dip pool or the comfort of your bed.

The villa is situated close to the road so there is very easy access to get to them. When you arrive you will see the back of the Villa and the upper floor. There is parking area here for cars and motorbikes and when inside the grounds you will find wooden decking around the Villa with a nice terrace area at the front. There is also an outside Sala to enjoy and a private Infinity Dip Pool and outside shower.

The Cliff Top Villas are a double storey complex with identical rooms on each side. The upper floor consists of Living areas, kitchen, dining areas and two bathrooms with toilet. The Lower floors consist of 4 double air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite facilities.

Both Villas are set out identical and when entering on the upper level in the left or right villa you have an open plan living area equipped with sofa, which has two sets of double doors which open out to the terrace. At the back of the open area you will find a small kitchen area equipped with fridge, toaster, kettle, twin electric hob and cooking untensils then next to it is Dining table which seats 6 guests.

Downstairs on each lower level of both villas is two bedrooms. Following your own private steps down to the lower floor, you will find an airconditioned master bedroom which is situated at the front commanding breath taking sea views. Open the large glass door and you will find your self on another private terrace. The bedrooms also enjoy en suite bathrooms which include western toilet, shower and wash basin.

Next to the Master Bedroom there is another air conditioned bedroom with double bed. This also has en suite facilities with western toilet, wash basin and shower. Unfortunately tho there is no view from this room.

How to get to the The Cliff Top Villa
If you are arriving at Krabi airport or Phuket Airport booking an Express transfer will allow you to transfer quickly, safely and direct. Our driver will be waiting for you upon arrival at the arrivals gate with your name on a plaque then its a combination of minivan and speedboat travel direct to the villa. If you arrive very late at night the speedboat may not be operating, how ever you can normally still arrive on Koh Lanta the same day by using the Private Minivan service.

If you are already in Thailand you can also be picked up from your Hotel, with a time that suits you best and safely transferred directly to the Villa by using the Express transfers from popular areas like Ao Nang, Krabi Town, or Phuket these areas are also serviced by using the Private minivan.

Who will we meet upon arrival and what happens on departure
The Cliff Top Villa is managed by Ben who will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and show you around the villa. Ben has an on site office and has lived on Koh Lanta for many years and will be happy to offer his expert first hand knowledge of the Island and also be happy to help and advise you with any problems you encounter whilst you stay. Then on the day of departure Ben will come to inspect the villa for any damage and refund your deposit and also to say goodbye. Don’t forget to book an Express Transfer for you return to Krabi Airport or to any other close Thailand destinations.

What is nearby to this villa
The Villa is located 1 km just outside Khlong Nin. There are no shops or restaurants close by so if you stay here you would have to walk or drive the 1 km to Khlong Nin. Once in Khlong Nin continue along the road and you will have access to Khlong Nin’s shopping area, clustered in the Northern part where you will find many Atm’s, convenience stores and some quaint Jewelry shops. A nice walk along the beach you can enjoy many small friendly beach bars and restaurants.

If you would like to walk tho the roads are concrete and are not on a steep incline. Walking with strollers is possible but be careful of the heat, also at night the road is not lit properly so caution and using a torch is advised.

Food and Drink
When you come out of the Villa turn left and one of the best Khlong Nin Restaurants name Cook Kai is positioned on the right. They offer delicious Thai and seafood, if you like spicy try the Jungle Curry. Then there is La Monaco Italian Restaurant which sits opposite near the beach. Walk a little further and enjoy Pizzas at Nicks Garden and steaks at Ottos Bar and Grill. The Roi Thai Restaurant which also offers restaurants in Chang Mai and Bangkok offers some treats cooked with no Msg, they also offer a Thai Cooking School which is open all year. NJust in the North the Oasis Sunset Restaurant, newly built mixing new and old Thai styles with a comfortable large decking area looking out to the sea offering Thai and Seafood.

For drinks the best is to walk along the beach. The first place is Mongs Bar and Mong is one of the nicest people on Lanta who really will take care of you. Next to Mongs is the Miami Resort which also has a nice bar. Further along the beach enjoy Blue Moon Bar where you may find you become a regular, then there is the 02 Beach Bar located in the Clean Beach Resort and Rasta Baby a chilled out reggae house.

How to travel around the Island from the villa
You will find many enjoyable things close to the Villa with in easy walking distance, how ever the Island is around 35 km long so for a stay renting a car, motorbike or Tuk Tuk would be advised. You can hire them on daily or weekly basis and the villa manager will be happy to help and organise these rentals for you when you arrive on Koh Lanta.

If you are not comfortable with a bike or car then you can easily travel back and forth on the Island by using the local Tuk Tuk drivers. These can be a lot of fun and the locals with there friendly manner will entertain you as they go. How ever even after negotiating a good price this option does start to become expensive as each ride is charged per person. To find a taxi driver just wait next to the road and they will stop instantly. When you are in Saladan the main Koh Lanta Shopping area, if you walk out of the centre there are many queing up to take you home. How ever later at night this service can become sparse and getting home from a party can become a challenge. Upon on booking a villa we will also provide you with local contact Tuk Tuk driver numbers who we trust will take you home safely any time of the night.

Things to do on Koh Lanta
Whether you are travelling with friends, a romantic couple or a family with small children Koh Lanta offers many activities for you to enjoy. Take a day Kayaking, ride on an Elephant, enjoy time at the monkey school or squirm at the snake show. Go Deep Sea fishing in the day for Marlin and Barracuda or at night you can fish for squid. A Golf driving range is at hand to keep your swing in or try something new like Yoga, paddle boarding or windsurfing if the winds are right.

If you really want to get in to the culture you can enjoy an evening watching Muay Thai in one of three Koh Lanta stadiums or get your tongue around the language with a Thai for beginners class. Koh Lanta also offers amazing natural beauty with two Caves to explore and a National park full of virgin rainforest with wild monkeys not forgetting a waterfall in the green season and a butterfly farm.
