Where To Stay
There are several beaches running from north to south of the island. The entry point to Koh Lanta is the village of Saladan in the north – the two nearest beaches, Klong Dao beach and Phra Ae beach (also known as Long Beach) , are the most popular places to stay because they are conveniently near to Saladan. Long Beach is our personal favourite – it’s really big, got lots of nightlife, but is still very unspoilt.

Southern Lanta for Seclusion
Further south on Lanta are Klong Kong, Klong Nin and Kantieng Bay, each with their own special charm and away from the crowds. Furthest south is one of Thailand’s finest luxury hotels, Pimalai, set in an amazing ocean view location amongst the protected National Park.
