• Price For 7 Nights Stay: 1st January until 30th April 2012 – 30,000 Thai Baht per week (approx $UDS 950 – use Yahoo! Currency Converter for today’s rate)
• 1st May until 31st of October 2012 – weekly price to be confirmed.
• Extra charges to be paid: Electricity @ 8thb/kwh and refundable deposit of 20000 Thai Baht to cover any damage.
• 7 nights is the minimum booking period.
